Limited number of student property left

Fraser Grant has had an exception year in regards to the student accommodation listings and are now approximately 95% let. Starting the letting period with over 80 pages of student accommodation across Jesmond, Heaton, Sandyford, Shieldfield and other areas of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Despite strong demand Fraser Grant have no 9, 8, 7 or 4 bedroom properties left, being fully let prior to the Christmas break in this size of property.

Now with limited numbers, Fraser Grant would recommend that if you are looking for student letting that you act quick.

90% of Student Lettings Now Gone!!!

Fraser Grant commenced the student letting period with 2 booklets covering the Jesmond, Sandyford, Heaton, Shieldfield, City Centre and other areas of Newcastle upon Tyne. These booklets contained over 60 pages of student flats, houses, apartments and other lettings.

Fraser Grant are now down to one combined list of just 14 pages and are fully let in Jesmond in all sizes except 3 bed or smaller flats.

There are only a few remaining properties and so if you’re a student and you haven’t sorted your accommodation for the next academic year we strongly recommend that you act quickly to avoid disappointment.

Fraser Grant have had a really strong start to the year and are already well ahead of last years letting figures.

Christmas Opening Hours

Fraser Grant would like to wish all their clients and tenants a very Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.

Our office will be open during the following times over the Christmas period:

Sat 24th Dec – 10am to 1pm
Mon 26th & Tues 27th – Office closed
Wed 28th to Fri 30th Dec – 10am to 2pm
Sat 31st Dec – 10am to 1pm
Mon 2nd Jan – Office Closed.

Our office will re-open with usual office hours of 9am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri and 10am to 1pm on sat from Jan 3rd 2012.

If any of our tenants experience an emergency during this period, they should contact our out of hours contractor.

Demand for student housing strong

Fraser Grant are pleased to announce that demand for student housing has proved to be very strong over the last 2 weeks and that they are now fully let in the larger 9, 8 & 7 bedroom houses in Jesmond and with only a few remaining 6 bedroom lets available, having already found tenants for about 85% of their 6 bedroom management portfolio.

Demand has also been strong in the Shieldfield and Sandyford areas with only a limited number of houses left in these popular student areas.

With 1 week remaining of letting time before many student leave for the Christmas break, Fraser Grant are expecting high levels of demand for their student houses, flats, apartments & maisonettes across the Newcastle area.

As part of their review, Fraser Grant are taking into account the current economic cycle and are pleased to announce that rents are to be held at the current level and a new fee structure for all their student flats, maisonettes & houses in the Heaton, Sandyford, Jesmond and other areas of Newcastle.
